Brio Tuscan Grille opens today at Victoria Gardens

Family prices on fine dining always sounds good to me.  When I go out with my extended family, we all want to enjoy our meal without breaking our wallets.  So we are delighted to learn about the opening today of Brio Tuscan Grille at Victoria Gardens.

Victoria Gardens is a wonderful mall located in Rancho Cucamonga, near several freeways.  You can explore a variety of shops and restaurants while strolling outdoors in this unique pedestrian-oriented mall.  The exercise is good for you, too.

I can't wait to get down there (yes, it's down there, since I live on a mountain) and try one or more of these dishes:


Grilled Salmon Fresca –  Grilled asparagus, sweet potatoes, spinach, roasted peppers, pesto vinaigrette, Feta, diced tomatoes and balsamic glaze (From the Lighter Side of Tuscany Menu – 550 calories or less)

BRIO Filetto Di Romano - 5 oz. filet, perfectly seasoned and grilled to order with a Romano crusted tomato

Pasta Alla Vodka - Handmade Ricotta-filled pasta with crispy pancetta, garlic, basil, spicy tomato Parmesan cream sauce

 All three sound delicious, and their menu has even more delightful entrees.
